Luxury Cruise Planning
Planning a cruise is the part most people get wrong. The right ship, the right cabin, the right itinerary for you – that is the difference between a good trip and one you talk about for years. I’m Olena Riasnianska, a Fora-certified travel advisor, and cruises are my specialty: 8 of my 12 years in luxury hospitality were spent working directly with cruise lines. I know what each line does well, who it suits, and how to get you more for what you spend.
Why plan your cruise with a specialist
Booking a cruise yourself means guessing between dozens of lines, ship classes, cabin categories, and sailing dates – and paying the same rate you’d get through an advisor. Working with me, you get:
- The right match – the line, ship, and itinerary that fit how you actually like to travel.
- VIP perks – onboard credit, cabin upgrades where available, priority embarkation, and amenities through my preferred-partner relationships.
- One point of contact – I handle the booking, the details, and the what-ifs.
- No added cost – I’m paid through transparent commission from the cruise line, so you book at the same fare.

The cruises I plan
Every traveler is different, so I plan across the full range:
- Ocean cruises – the classic big-ship experience, from premium to ultra-luxury lines.
- River cruises – smaller ships, scenic routes, and a slower pace through Europe and beyond.
- Expedition cruises – remote places like Antarctica, the Arctic, and the Galapagos, with the right ship and preparation.
- Luxury and special-occasion sailings – honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, and multigenerational trips.

How it works
- We connect – reach out and we’ll schedule a call. I’ll also send an optional intake form so I understand your travel goals and anything you’ve already booked.
- We talk it through – by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or email, whatever’s easiest for you.
- I send options – an initial set of ships and itineraries to react to, and we refine together until it’s right.
- We book – I send a secure Fora Vault link to capture your payment details, and I start booking your trip.
- After the trip – you’ll get a link to review both the trip and me as your advisor.
Common questions
Does using an advisor cost more? No – I’m paid through transparent commission from the cruise line. You pay the same fare and gain the perks and support.
Is it my first cruise? Perfect – first-timers benefit most from getting the ship and cabin right.
Can you do groups and special occasions? Yes – honeymoons, anniversaries, family reunions, and group sailings are some of my favorite trips to plan.
