I’m Olena, an independent travel advisor based in Barcelona. I came to this work after 12 years inside luxury hospitality, 8 of them onboard Seabourn, Silversea, Virgin Voyages, and on private yacht. How I Work
How much do I pay you?
Nothing extra. I’m paid by hotels and cruise lines through commissions, at the same rates you’d find booking direct. Sometimes I can secure better.
How does the process work?
We start with a free 30-minute call. I send you 2-3 curated options with pricing. You choose. I book and handle every detail.
How quickly do you respond?
Within 24 hours, usually same day. Travel timing matters and I treat it that way.
Planning a Retreat, Summit, or Group Trip?
I source venues, negotiate group rates, and coordinate logistics so you can focus on your guests. Currently working on a 300-delegate international summit in Barcelona, October 2026.
