How I Plan Your Cruise: My Process

Good cruise planning is mostly invisible – you just step aboard and everything works. Here’s what happens behind that.

1. We connect and talk

After you reach out, we schedule a call, and I send an optional intake form – your travel goals, who’s coming, anything you’ve already booked. The more I know up front, the better the first set of options.

2. We work the way you prefer

From there we talk by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or email – whatever’s easiest for you. No app to learn, no portal to log into.

3. I send options and we refine

I bring you an initial set of ships and itineraries to react to – the right lines, cabin categories, and dates – and we refine together until it’s right, rather than starting from a wall of choices.

4. We book through Fora Vault

When you’re happy, I send a secure Fora Vault link to capture your payment details, and I start booking – layering in onboard credit, cabin upgrades where available, and priority embarkation through my preferred-partner relationships.

5. After you sail

Once you’re back, you’ll get a link to review both the trip and me as your advisor – so the next traveler knows what to expect.

The result

You get the ship and cabin that fit, perks you wouldn’t get on your own, and no detail left to chance – at no added cost. Start planning your cruise.
